Coronavirus Information for clients updated Friday 8th April 22

We are now working within the “living with Covid-19” guidelines.

We would ask clients NOT to attend the clinic in person if they are showing any of the updated symptoms listed on the NHS website here.

If you do not have a family member or friend who can attend the clinic for you, please let the staff know and we will take your pet from you whilst you wait outside the building.

We no longer require clients to wear a mask in the waiting rooms, however we have retained the perspex screens at reception.

You may be asked to wear a mask in the consulting room, this is left up to the personal preference of the individual Vet you are seeing.

Clients are free to wear masks at any time if they prefer.

Covid-19 is still widesperead in the community and causing staffing issues. Occasionally we need to rearrange appointments because of this.

We would like to thank all the clients for their understanding through these past 2 years, and are very much looking forward to returning to our more normal way of working.
