Coronavirus Information for clients updated Monday 23rd March

We would like to reassure clients that whilst  we are open to provide healthcare for their pets, we are taking extra precautions to make the environment as safe as possible for staff and our clients.

The situation is changing rapidly and we are constantly monitoring Government advice on social distancing to slow the spread of Covid-19

Please observe the following advice when planning a visit with your pet.

Always telephone first before visiting the practice.

Do not attend the clinic if you are self isolating – our trained staff will advise you on how we can care for your pet should this arise.

If you are in a vulnerable group we would advise you send a friend or relative with your pet.

Please restrict your visit to one client with one pet per visit (if there are special needs the staff will discuss this when you call for an appointment)

If you arrive early please wait in the car park until your appointment time

We are no longer (as from 11.00 am Monday 23rd March)  allowing owners into the building, please telephone the clinic on arrival, when you hear the message dial 201 for Hanham reception or 209 for Kingswood reception as directed.

The trained staff will escort your pet into the building or arrange to bring out the medication. Please respect the instructions for social distancing.

Please respect other clients by keeping a 2 metre distance in the car park.

Payment by Apple or Google Pay is available at both branches, otherwise please use card payment following the staff instructions to reduce spread of disease. WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING CASH.

You may be offered telephone or video consultations where appropriate to minimize the need to visit the practice.

We have increased our cleaning and disinfection routines to improve our biosecurity
