Pet Health Club important information
During the current coronavirus situation we are regularly updating our policies to ensure that alongside keeping our staff & clients safe, we are still continuing to provide the necessary care & services to our patients.
As an additional benefit for Pet Health Club members we are offering free telephone and video consultations for members until the end of June, this is also available to clients who join the club during this period.
With this in mind, we are advising the following for our Pet Health Club members:
If your pet is due a 6 month health check & you have no concerns regarding your pets health, please telephone to arrange to collect your 6 monthly supply of flea & worm treatment, you will need an appointment for this.
If you wish your pet to be seen please telephone the clinic and the staff will arrange for a vet to call back for a triage assessment, and book you an appointment if it is deeemed necessary.
If your pet is due an annual vaccination visit, we are following the advice of the British Veterinary Association to at this stage delay some vaccines by up to 12 weeks to reduce the general movement within the local area. If your pet is due a vaccination then you are welcome to phone the clinic and a vet will triage each case individually.
Some of you will use the annual vaccination visit as an ongoing medication check. We advise in these cases you call the clinic and ask for an appointment for a vet to call you back, during this call it will be assessed whether a visit to the clinic with your pet is necessary.
In all cases you will need to visit the clinic to collect your six month supply of worm and flea treatment, and any other medications that are required. Please note you will need to make an appointment for this.
