Pet Health Club important information
During the current coronavirus situation we are regularly updating our policies to ensure that alongside keeping our staff & clients safe, we are still continuing to provide the necessary care & services to our patients.
With this in mind, we are advising the following for our Pet Health Club members:
If your pet is due a complimentary 6 month health check & you have no concerns regarding your pets health, please telephone to arrange to collect your 6 monthly supply of flea & worm treatment, you will need an appointment for this.
If you wish your pet to be seen by the vet please telephone the clinic and the staff will arrange for a vet to call back or book you an appointment if deemed appropriate, please be aware we are still requesting clients to wait outside whilst their pets are seen by the vet.
If your pet is due an annual vaccination visit, we are now able to offer routine appointments as normal, but following our Covid-19 protocols.
In all cases you will need to visit the clinic to collect your six month supply of worm and flea treatment, and any other medications that are required. Please note you will need to make an appointment for this.
